Rice’s Mill School Supply is a business-to-business supplier serving schools, educational organizations, businesses, and other approved organizations. We do not process individual consumer purchases through this website.
All orders are processed through an approved Purchase Order (PO) or through an online payment link provided by Rice’s Mill after the final quote has been approved.

Request a Quote
For products, custom items, apparel, promotional products, or other orders, we will prepare a quote based on your specific requirements. Quotes may include product costs, decoration or customization, artwork, shipping, and any other applicable charges.
Approve Your Final Quote
Before an order is placed into production or processed for fulfillment, the customer must approve the final quote. Please review all quantities, sizes, colors, artwork, customization, shipping information, and pricing carefully before approving your quote.
Submit a Purchase Order or Pay Online
Once the final quote has been approved, payment can be completed in one of two ways:
Purchase Order (PO)
Organizations that purchase through purchase orders may submit an approved PO referencing the final quote.
Please ensure that the PO includes the correct billing information, shipping/delivery information, and the quote or order reference.
Online Payment
If you are paying online, Rice’s Mill will provide a secure online payment link after the final quote has been approved. The payment link will correspond to the approved order and amount due.
Website Checkout
Adding products to the website cart or submitting an online order does not by itself constitute an approved order or authorize production. For custom, decorated, personalized, or otherwise made-to-order products, production will not begin until the final quote has been approved and the required payment method has been received and accepted.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized products are produced specifically for your organization. Because these items are made according to the approved specifications, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
Please make sure that all artwork, spelling, quantities, sizes, colors, and other specifications are correct before approving the final quote.
