All pricing and order details are subject to confirmation through a final quote provided by Rice’s Mill.
3. Quotes & Order Approval
All orders are subject to review and approval by Rice’s Mill.
Submitting a quote request, adding products to your cart, or completing an online inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order.
Before an order is processed, customers must review and approve a final quote outlining the products, quantities, customization requirements, pricing, and other applicable details.
Rice’s Mill reserves the right to correct pricing errors, clarify specifications, or decline an order before acceptance.
4. Payment Terms
Rice’s Mill accepts orders through:
- Approved Purchase Orders (POs) submitted by eligible organizations.
- Secure Online Payment Links provided directly by Rice’s Mill after approval of the final quote.
We do not accept unsolicited payments through our website.
Purchase orders must match the approved quote. Any discrepancies may delay order processing.
Payment requirements, due dates, and any applicable credit terms will be communicated during the quoting and order approval process.
5. Custom Products & Artwork Approval
Many of our products are customized specifically for your organization.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, logos, spelling, colors, quantities, sizes, placement, and other customization details before production begins.
Once artwork and order specifications have been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Minor variations in color, size, placement, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing and decoration processes.
6. Intellectual Property & Customer Artwork
All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, and design elements owned by Rice’s Mill, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers who submit logos, artwork, trademarks, or other materials confirm that they own or have permission to use those materials for the requested products.
By submitting artwork, customers authorize Rice’s Mill and its production partners to reproduce and modify the materials as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not infringe upon third-party rights.
7. Production & Delivery
Production and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
Timelines may be affected by product availability, artwork approval, manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, weather, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Rice’s Mill will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and coordinate delivery with customers.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Order Issues
Because many products are custom-made or personalized, returns and cancellations may be limited.
Custom products generally cannot be returned due to changes in preference, incorrect customer-approved specifications, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Rice’s Mill promptly so our team can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Any applicable return, replacement, refund, or cancellation terms will be determined by the approved order terms and applicable law.
9. Acceptable Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
